Waited two long years to get in here, but it was worth the wait. The Apartments are beautiful, I love the layout. Every unit gets a terrace/patio and the complex is beautifully landscaped. Maintenance guy is great, and the office staff has been very helpful along the way. I love the school district and Delanco has always been one of my favorite towns in the area.
I’ve been living here for almost 3 years, i absolutely love it! Quiet (with the exception of my upstairs neighbor), close to the Riverline for travel, close to retail stores less than 10 minutes away. It’s been a joy living here, such peace and I feel safe here. This place is a dream come true compared to my last apartment complex (The Heights of Collingswood….what a dump!)

Semi new development, but very clean and people are friendly. The riverline is just next door so you make easy commute to and from trenton - camden connections.
