Corner Park Apartments

Never ever even look to sign a lease here. First and foremost this place is super bug infested and they do nothing to prevent this. The security is terrible. They stand around all night talking to anyone. They even open the gate for anyone and never check if he/she lives there. Staff and manager is very rude and they do everything last minute. Someone stole parts off my car on the side that I lived. The leasing office did nothing about it and they had my car towed. On top of that, they didn’t want to release my information to the next place that I moved to. Corner Park should be shut down for good. I don’t even see why they’re still open!

Desperate looking for an apartment. I was looking to go back to Memphis, I found this apartments (Corner Park) they said they will help you, so the guy found out about 1 apt back in 2012 (5years ago) he went back to the manager she told him I will need to pay $200 deposit plus $540 first month I was like ok ... They tell you about this moving deal $199 but the never said about this $200 deposit I understand (marketing). Anyways I decide to put my $200 deposit. I called him from TX and I said listen my son is type 1 (diabetic) and I have an appointment on the 13th can you please talk to your manager so she can hold me that apt or a new one I don't care, so she said no! I call back next day and I told him (Sergio) talk to your manager (Sophia) and tell her that I will pay the $540 my mom is

They don’t fix anything the landlord or should I say manlord is soooo unprofessional, roach infested roaches are so bad, they just throw your apartment together please don’t move here save yourself the headache... thnk God it was only a 6 months lease
