Becarefull guys i hope they did a great inspection on this apartment… specially the railings that was installed because theres some of them have a big gap on the side and the bolts they put on the ground is not a full size due to hitting the rebar and while fixing it they dont want to keep on buying drill bits bec soo expensive some of them they cut the bolts for that railings. Hopefully they fixed the issue and i hope the Supervisors thats running them while on construction notified the owner or the new management.

Gabby was absolutely amazing and made the entire apartment search feel easy. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and matched me with the perfect place. The building is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The apartment itself is stunning, with cement ceilings, floor to wall windows, and an incredibly spacious layout that is hard to find in this area.

Corner 2nd is one of the nicest spots I’ve found in Philly so far. I have a few “must haves” when I look at spaces: natural light, kitchen counter space, privacy, gym space, and cool neighborhood vibe. Super excited to check all these off. I actually also really enjoy the common space for my work-from-home life too. And then I can be at any nice restaurant or cafe for a quick coffee in just a handful of minutes. Good management and reasonable prices for the quality of the space. Recommend!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Warning!!! It is horrible. I have never had a more horrendous rental experience than what I am currently enduring! I have lived here for 2 months and have a maintenance issue every week, just for it to get out off because they didn’t have the correct maintenance team in place! FYI in order to work as a maintenance person you have to be trained and certified (ask housing authorities). The person we have now may be trained but for the longest we had 1 person who had no idea of what to do. Also I have unaddressed issues like my wall paint chipping. there is still a nail in my floor that is causing my flooring to crack and not to mention, the MICROWAVE almost fell on me because it was never installed properly!! They really need to clean and maintain the outside their building. Always trash on the whole block because of their garbage not being properly put out
