Cornell Manor Apartments

I had lived at Cornell Manor for about 10 years and I LOVED it! The property was always kept up nice and I liked that it was quiet. It also has an awesome location with great highway access and is walkable to many business. Special shout-out to the Manager Joey! He is a super cool dude and is very helpful.

We lived in this community for 3 years and really expected to be treated fairly when moving out. Our deposit was $1,100, but they only returned $346, saying it was for the carpet and glue. The carpet was already old and used when we moved in — they just cleaned it. After three years, this feels really unfair and disappointing. The apartment was supposed to be remodeled before we moved in, but it never happened. Honestly, this place is not worth the money. You can find much newer, cleaner, and better-managed apartments for the same price. 👎👎

I love living here! The apartment layout is beautiful and at a great price and in a great location, the Cornell Manor apartments have everything one could be looking for. I'm also highly impressed with the maintenance staff, especially Chad S., who drove 2 hours on his birthday to fix my leaky toilet. I've only lived here for a couple months, but so far, I am beyond impressed

Under new ownership. This once simple, but quaint apartment complex has lost the charm the last few years. The office management are constantly driving up rates to drive out people who've lived here quite a few years. They have kept deliveries in their offices and don't tell you when you ask, if it's there. And have promptly sent them back to the Post Office, UPS or FedEx warehouse! Not to mention, the maintenance guy never arrives on schedule or truly fixes anything. Appliances are starting to go into disrepair and he "sugar packets" or jimmy rigs everything.

Since I have moved in, maintenance has been on top of taking care of my requests within 1 business day. It's insane. I'm not used to having such fast and sweet staff. A specific shout out to Chad, thanks for making us feel comfortable.
