If you have the displeasure of dealing with Joyce Buck, good luck! We received the closing sheet the same day of closing (I know the law says three days, but whatever). The sheet was full of holes and was still being corrected at the table. Anyway, I called up to try and clarify items on the sheet and was spoken to like a moron. This woman should not work with the public. "Well, if you look there, you'll see." "Well, it says water there, doesn't it." "Listen, this is for you and the buyers to sort out." Such a rude person. Listen, everyone... there are so many title companies out there to work with, so please don't waste your time dealing with Joyce. Pick another one.
