Core Residential Property Management

This company is taking advantage of good loyal tenants. First off I found out two and a half weeks before the end of my lease that they will not be renewing. I would not of known at all if they hadn’t texted me asking to show off my apartment. They told me they mailed me a letter 30 days prior which I NEVER received and it was not sent first class or priority. They acted like they were doing me a favor by giving me an extra two weeks to find a place to live after numerous emails of begging and pleading with them. They also took my whole security deposit for a $100 dollar an hour late key return!!! That is outrageous and I can guarantee no judge would okay such an outrageous charge! They do not change locks after tenants so beware if you rent from this company that your house key could be

*Second Response to their reply, I stand by what i said👍. LIARS *As a response to their reply below, they are LYING, All of the follow up calls were made by ME and NOT THEM. Their so called records show me initiating those calls. I can post my call log and you will not see a single call made to me by them. I made every single call to them. Also, that is not the reason why you ended consideration, you guys told me to pay a balance that I did not owe and was disputing and i refused to do that. Thats why you refused my application so do not lie to make yourselves look good on here. Unprofessional and sucks at consistent on time follow ups. They say on here that their records show that they followed up but ONLY AFTER I kept calling and requesting the follow up. Do not deal with them

AVOID CORE PROPERTY AT ALL COST!!!!!! Extremely rude and unprofessional, they try to be as antisocial and not communicate as much as possible. They will come into your home without notice and agreements. (While you’re sleeping and in the shower, this has happened to me) They will not uphold their part of lawn maintenance and will not respond in a timely manner when issues are urgent. Do not rent here there are MANY other better options!

My time renting from CORE was about as unacceptable and awful as I could have imagined experiencing, and hope to never experience again. For 10 months (last 2 months lease was under different management) I dealt with a tremendous roach infestation, unjustified entry into the apartment by their contracted vendors to carry out maintenance (which they also damaged my futon), and the unit was never initially cleaned upon my arrival. I'll leave these pictures as proof for what I dealt with, and hope you don't have to experience the same if you do choose to rent from this company, but I would suggest you look elsewhere.

I have been a renting from them for several years. And anytime I've had a maintenance issue or a question, they were on top of it. Their staff is always professional and helpful.
