Core Link at Douglas

I moved here two weeks ago, and unfortunately my experience so far has been very disappointing. First, there is no available space for my car in the parking garage. I was never informed of this until I asked about paying the parking fee. At that point, I was told there is a waiting list. I was also told I would receive a $300 credit because of this situation, but that credit is nowhere to be found in my rent portal. They advised me to park at the parking garage across the street that I pay $12.85 a day for. Instead of paying their parking fee $125/175 I’m being forced to pay 12.85x31=398.35 for my car to be here with me…. De’Shanisty (Dee) was AMAZING! I had such a wonderful experience touring with Dee today. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took her time showing me the community and made sure all my questions were answered. My family and I felt so comfortable with her, and the tour honestly exceeded my expectations. She also followed up right away with available units that fit my timeline, which I really appreciated. There is so much to say about this great place. The building is beautiful, the apartments are stylish and comfortable, and the amenities are excellent. Everything is always clean and well maintained, creating such a pleasant environment. But what truly makes this place special is the staff — they are incredibly kind and professional. We had our tour with Dee (De’Shanisty) and it was an amazing experience. She’s the sweetest and most attentive person, and she really makes you feel at home from the very first moment. Overall, the tour was professional but also warm and genuine. I left feeling confident that this is a place I could really see myself living.
