I have nothing but great things to say about Bigelow Chapman Apartments & Core Communities & Investments Inc. 1. Management is very friendly and kind. 2. If there's a problem it is handled in a timely professional manner. 3. The Furnishings in my apartment were updated and to my liking. 4. It is conveniently close if you work downtown, and the trax station is two blocks down the street from some of the properties. 5. When things do need fixing maintenance is on it. Thanks Braelyn M

I loved renting here until the end of the lease. Which is when they showed their true colors. They wouldn’t renew anyone’s lease due to remodeling and they claimed “the noise and dust” would be an issue. Well they immediately started the remodeling before we all finished moving out at the end of our lease at the end of the month. I get it, to recuperate costs. But they are making SO MUCH noise. I haven’t been able to get any sleep and they haven’t even somewhat accommodated . This part is for their Glynhill Apartments Property The price you see as the "rent" is actually kind of inaccurate. They do nickel and dime you for everything. Plan on spending an extra 100 or so in extra utilities. In addition to the ones in your name, Such as your electric, internet etc. And you don't get your o

They charge illegal duplicate fees and refuse to listen to their tenants. I do exactly as I’m told to do so my rent will be a certain amount and invariably they add their renters insurance and never tell you until after they add their insurance again. So I pay for my own and they say I owe for theirs but I didn’t have insurance through their policy. The app tells you if you need insurance but they add theirs before it can notify you. Landscaping has destroyed my car and broken my personal property and left the glass to be stepped on by anyone.

Do not rent from Core Communities. I filed for a move out notice, and I was told that I will need to buy out the remainder of the lease and the 30 day notice period. I tried calling the property manager Braelyn multiple times, to explain the reason why I had to move, but my emails and calls were never returned.

Update: I lived in the same property for over three years and right before my three year mark they sold it. I stayed because I could afford it but their management of it never improved and the actual person in their office managing it switched multiple times so I can’t imagine they’re that great to work for either. They also offered people rewards for writing positive google reviews so beware of any positive reviews. I know the housing market is rough but wanted you to be warned. I’ve lived in a property managed by Core Communities for two months now. We have an outside door with a key code but it’s not the type of door meant to be a used for a multi unit front door, so it doesn’t close automatically if someone doesn’t pull it shut. It sits open to the pub like the picture shows at least
