Joe was truly a pleasure to work with. He took his time with my wife and I and educated us every step along the way throughout the process of purchasing our first home. We met Bonnie on a cold February evening, where she spent an hour patiently explaining the home-buying process. She stood out from other realtors in saying she was passionate about real estate because she loves people, and wants to help buyers and sellers close a deal even if she doesn't earn the highest commission possible. My wife and I have been looking for an our new home in the fort Lee area. We both work over the bridge so figure it’d be the perfect area. I did some looking on google and came across a smaller broker by the name of Justin Santos and figured we’d attempt to look for properties with him. What an awful awful experience. He steered us (which is illegal in NJ) towards properties in Asian areas because we are a Korean couple, even though we told him we prefer to be out of the mix a little. He harassed us with phone call after phone call, followed by CRMs and the like and wouldn’t let up. We had a pre-approval for above 1.1M and he even said things like “you wouldn’t be able to afford this property”. I would not trust or work with this brokerage.

It's because of Gary that I have my dream apartment, in the exact neighborhood I wanted and in my price range. His persistence and attention to detail really helped me notice and consider things that I wouldn't have as a first time renter. He event talked me off a ledge and out of a expanding my search radius past what I originally wanted. Great experience, great communicator. Unfortunately far too happy in my current place to need to use him again anytime soon.

We worked with Robin, From Friedberg, to buy our first house 5 years ago and she was fantastic. We are now working with her again to sell our house and purchase a new home and she has been there every step of the way.
