I love live here , is quiet and when something is not working in the apartment, they come to fix without waiting too long . Alejandro is the best technician and attentive person , he does an amazing job , I Really love it . Thank you Alejandro for your awesome job 👏👏👏👏

I have lived on this property for 5 years. I have no complaints other than outsiders using our garbage drums & having their refuse attached to my bill. nonetheless, the utilities portion that I pay is very low. I get a very quick response from maintenance (usually on the same day) if anything goes wrong. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. I always have parking available in front my building. The laundry room is always clean and functioning. It's very quiet. I love coming home from work! I hear crickets at night, and children paying in the afternoon. My apartment is very nice and I enjoy the view from my balcony. We have all the room we need to live comfortably and the rent is very reasonable. I get along well with the property manager. Update as of 05/28/2024 The property management has changed to Gates Hudson. The property manager Mimi Meza is an amazing person. She is courteous and understanding. She communicates well in person and via email regarding any upcoming events or maintenance.

I have been living in Coralain Gardens since 2017 and only good things I can say about the community and management. Sol (the Manager) is always on point keeping the community clean and organized and the response during this pandemic was excellent. Living in a nice environment is very important , even more when you have kids. You can see the maintenance guys are always cleaning and keeping the place nice and neat. this past days of snow you could see them constantly cleaning the side walks and Sol making sure everything was working properly during the freezing days. I highly recommend this community.
