Coral Hospitality

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but Coral Hospitality absolutely deserves this one, especially thanks to their General Manager, Christian Higgins. Christian is one of the most professional, caring, and genuinely helpful people I have ever dealt with in hospitality. He went out of his way to help my mother during a stressful situation and treated her with a level of kindness and respect that made all the difference. His communication was clear, his follow through was perfect, and he made sure she felt supported every step of the way. You can tell he truly cares about the people he serves. Coral Hospitality is incredibly lucky to have someone like Christian leading from the front. If every company had a GM like him, the world would run a lot smoother. Five stars without hesitation

The new golf pro at Rosedale Country Club in Bradenton, Fl does not know how to treat female customers. I played with a group of ladies there for 2 years and when he came he changed our tee time but then did not honor it, cancelled our play and never informed us . He overbooks golfers leaving players with no carts and having to wait.

Spent three days at the Lake Blackshear Golf resort. We were put in a handicapped villa. We are not handicapped. The pool was closed. No where on their advertising or online or on the phone did anyone say the pool was closed. They advertised two restaurants. They were not open all the time. The bar was open for dinner. The main restaurant was supposed to be open for breakfast but they had water problems. They offered coffee, juice and prepackaged baked goods and some fruit. The bar food was fine and the service good. The third day we had no water in the afternoon but it would be fixed by 7 maybe. The golf course was fine and well maintained. However, the women’s restroom in the pro shop was filthy. The restrooms on the course were some what cleaner. Do not bill yourself as a resort if you
