Coquina Bay Apartments

Worst possible place to move. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Very unwilling to help replace terrible outdated appliances, so much mold (that they pay a contractor to come in and say it’s not so they do not get in legal trouble), super dirty, rabid cats everywhere, dog poop everywhere even at the parks. Staff does their best to take as much money from you as possible. I moved out and they had a debt collector call me and threaten penalties to my credit if I didn’t pay lease termination fees (which I did already). Very unprofessional. Disgusting place. Homeless people on drugs passed out on property sometimes. DO NOT MOVE HERE! DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I have been in this property for 3 years and for sure the new management company it’s been doing a wonderful job. Kelly Stillwaggon has been a such amazing addition to this property. She is so kind and cares so much for the people. I was about to move out because of the lack of communication and things taking months to get it done. She has changed that around in a way that changed my mindset about leaving. Kuddos to Kelly and her entire staff. They rock!

Dirty, unsafe and expensive. This place has a duck infestation. There are flocks of ducks living, breeding and pooping all over the property since the residents keep feeding them and there is only ONE trash container for the entire community! When you walk by the trash container(trash compactor) it smells horrible. It's even worse when you have to throw your trash away. In addition to your high monthly rent, you are charged an additional $30.00 per month for a trash pick up service, but they still leave trash piling up. There is also people trespassing and vandalizing the property when the management office is closed. There is no fence or gate around the property, so anyone can enter and do what they want. I have been told that cars are broken into. The fitness room has a passcode but

You couldn’t pay me to move back into this complex. If they try to assign you to apartment 502, Run. The neighbors across the hall constantly smoke cigarettes inside their unit, and despite multiple complaints to Dante, nothing was done. Within the first month of moving in I started complaining about the smoke from the neighbors. When Dante left the company a few weeks before we moved out, Leslie did seek to make an effort to help. However, it was too little, too late. I was even told that smoking in apartments was “okay” per my lease, but after consulting with an attorney, I found out it absolutely wasn’t. In fact, it was a violation of Florida Law. The smell was unbearable. The first time I dropped my newborn off at daycare, they asked if I smoke because everything of ours reeked. I pay

Leslie, Dante and Caleb are so wonderful and take such great care of the complex and it’s residents. Wonderful place to live, very peaceful and beautiful pool outdoor space. Great maintenance staff.
