Copperwoods at Harrisville

Since Jamie became the new manager, this apartment complex has completely turned around. She is incredibly attentive to residents’ needs and requests and is always quick to get things done. Before she arrived, I was honestly considering leaving, but her professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication have made such a positive difference that I’ll be signing another lease. Jamie truly cares about the community, and it shows. I’m very happy living here again.

Living at Copperwoods at Harrisville has been a great experience. The property is consistently clean, peaceful, and well-managed. Any time I’ve needed maintenance or had a question, Sarah and the team handled it quickly and professionally. You can tell they genuinely care about keeping the community running smoothly. I’m grateful to call this place home and highly recommend it!

I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience at Copper woods. Jamie is responsive, organized, and thorough. We recently had to put in for a work order due to a small issue and Matt the maintenance was on it within the day and fixed it immediately. 5 stars all round.

I had to find a place to live quickly, and moving into this townhome was one of the smoothest experiences I've ever had. The property manager was incredibly helpful, efficient, and transparent—everything was handled quickly, with costs clearly outlined upfront. The townhome itself is beautiful, with a modern layout and high-quality finishes. The kitchen is easily a 5-star feature, spacious and perfect for cooking. The living room is separate from the kitchen, which took some getting used to, but I’ve come to really enjoy the separation. The walls are thick, so it’s surprisingly quiet for the location. The only downside is parking. There are several cars that haven’t moved in months and appear to be non-working vehicles, which limits parking availability. I’m hopeful this will improve in

I am only sharing this review because I feel people have a right to know before signing on to live here. They advertise that you will get a free month of rent as in the first month is free but they then make you pay the deposit as usual and then a "last months rent" which we were just fine with until it was time to move out and they still made us pay the last month of rent so we didn't actually get any free rent. We also had a professional cleaner clean our unit after we moved out and they told us they wouldn't charge us the full cleaning fee out of our deposit and then still charged us a full cleaning fee. They also force you to keep your garbage dumpster inside of your garage at all times which we weren't informed of upon signing up to move in and doing so resulted in us have a huge prob
