Copperwood Apartments

We moved in November and everyone is very nice and helpful. Always take care of our issues we have like concerns and maintenance requests. Very good neighborhood/ complex. I've been to the Christmas gathering and now the coats and pizza giveaway. Always had a good time and thank you again for your kindness and donations.

Copperwood Apartments are great, and the Thrive events have allowed me to connect with other residents in a meaningful way. I love the green spaces, and walk my dog regularly (he loves it too!). The gym is always clean and accessible. Also love having an Amazon Hub so my packages are reliably delivered and safe.

shout out to the maintenance people here! zach and juan (i think that’s what he said his name was) but they helped me with the troubles i had with my outlets, they were extremely kind and were just good people from start to finish of the maintenance request! they were very nice about me hovering over their shoulders and explained all the things they were doing, and then after finishing the initial maintenance request they asked if we needed anything else checked out while they were here! 100000000/10 services from the maintenance at copperwood!

This place is a complete disappointment. The office is constantly closing early, and good luck ever getting someone to answer the phone, they NEVER do. The rent is ridiculously high for how bad these apartments are. You still have to pay for laundry (that barely works) it’s supposedly always open but then you get locked out and no one can help or responds to emails, and the random bills amounts they tack onto your account make absolutely no sense. The area isn’t great either, and it feels like they’ll rent to just anyone without any care for safety or community. The front desk girls are rude, lazy, and act like residents are a bother whenever you need help. I can’t wait to move out of here. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. This place is not worth the money or the headache.

I love the resident events they have here at the apartments! They happen often and sometimea really help us out on timing. Ami planning them is always great.
