The new management is HORRIBLE. From the attitude about providing information to the change that’s happening on the property. I will not be renewing my lease me and children will be finding somewhere else to live. I have been there for 7 years and I have NEVER experienced such difficult situations. $200 late fee on a balance NOT rent from the month, $400 month to month fee, no money order payments, office is always closed, no one to answer the phones etc etc. Plus all the vacancy’s that’s already here nobody is going to move in with someone greeting you with an attitude.

I don't like to put my family's business out there so I will keep names and important information to myself. But whoever the new management is, is not it. A disgusting attitude, never available in the office, nobody answers the phone. The past few days my family's garbage that's picked up by the city and shared with the complex (because there are at least five I believe) along with two other ones, have been piling up for days. There's trash all over the lawn. My sister will not be renewing her lease this year she said. There's a difference between being firm and assertive about certain things to keep the property up and in great standing. And then there's being just nasty, unapproachable, and uninformative. Hate this management change. Called to ask about renovations and was met with much attitude. I work from home and have a 1 yr old so I was asking how long or why wasn’t there a courtesy notice sent to inform things would be going on. Management stated “We dont have to tell you anything about renovations for our apartments” . The last manager did inform us when things were going on around the property, definitely miss that!

Very quick and easy to get into if you have all your ducks in a row before hand. They make paying everything online easy and provide resources as well. The apartment was nicely repaired and repainted as it had it's wear and tare from it's age. Affordable and very quiet. Mr. John Black, the manager, was super polite, quick, and courteous.

So we applied for this apartment to live there stating our credit. They literally told us that that will be fine and scammed us out of our background checks which told us our credit score wasn’t enough. This apartment doesn’t care about nothing but money. Waste of our time and our hard working money. Maybe stop lying to people who are interested in your apartments and start actually showing what they need to move in. Absolutely pathetic don’t go here for real.
