Received email asking for past 6 mos. rental receipts and pay stubs. Past rental receipts not possible as I had not paid rent in 13 years. I had no pay stubs. Not because I was retired. Because the company I worked for had been hit with ransom ware and they were irretrievable. This was verifiable as it is a large national company and it was on the news. Very easy to confirm. We had an excellent experience during our rental period of about a year and a half. Very prompt responses and help with any miscellaneous maintenance requests nearly immediately, even on the weekends. Once our early departure/lease break was announced due to unforeseen work circumstances, we were moved to the bottom of the priority list and we had to follow up with just about every aspect of the move out and subleasing process, which was nothing more than an annoyance. In my 6 years of renting, this has been the best rental experience. We would be happy to rent from Copper Roof in the future, and have nothing but nice things to say about Jen and Ally.
