It's been one year living at Copper Ridge Apartments 5501 W. Hildebrand Blvd in Kennewick, WA. Alexis gets five stars for the embodiment of true customer service however Emilio, and Maria get zero stars. Emilio conducts himself with an arrogant power trip, as well he has unspoken ulterior motives, making him come across as a predator in which I don't feel that women and children are safe alone around him. Emilio is very fond of gaslighting tenants while using verbal, psychological, emotional abuse and his size to intimidate. Emilio has been reported to the police, upper management, and the better business bureau countless times yet despite repetitive right ups he still has a job here. I lived there for two years. Michelle is the Best! Our maintenance the Best! They all work so very hard to maintain the grounds & provide a peaceful atmosphere. It may take time to change a few bad apples in the basket yet, they get it done properly. The two years I lived there I am most grateful for. Thank you, Michelle and office staff and maintenance. My experience here was very unsatisfying and unwelcoming. First, in total i waited 3 days for maria to call me back from management. she never did, she gave me a tour which was nice and she seemed nice but very hard to get ahold of her she’s always In a meeting or not in office. According to her assistant emilio she can’t even come out for 5 mins for a question. Emilio was not very welcoming with his attitude and talk back game. Instead of de escalating the situation like a professional he was talking back. He was rude and upset when he took a break from speaking with another client i saw it as an opportunity to kindly ask him to accept my application and check since he knew it was already filled out and i was on a 15 min work break (it was the only time I had. Even though I didn’t end up renting here because I moved to Portland for school, I had one of the best experiences thanks to Alexis. She’s always smiling, genuinely friendly, and so easy to talk to. Alexis is honest, respectful, and intentional in every conversation, answering all my questions clearly without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. She consistently followed up with me and brought an energy and positivity I didn’t find anywhere else while touring other apartments in Kennewick. Alexis is relatable, professional, and truly made the whole experience stress-free. She’s not a manager, but honestly, anyone would be crazy not to hire her for that role. The entire staff could learn so much from her as I already had an interaction with the manager and that wasn't very welcoming..
