When there were ANY issues (which happens with building houses), Alex Bunk, Terry Bunk, and Landon Bunk went above and beyond to resolve it. I was told by several builders in town what I was asking for wasn’t possible. They said my wants/needs were above the budget I set. I’m so grateful I reached out to Copper Ridge Builders. Warning for those who wish to do business with Terry Bunk: Terry was a builder in Arizona and presented himself as a competent, honest builder. That couldn't be further from the truth. After construction began on the home stories emerged about his incompetence. The contract was already locked in so construction continued. Fast forward one year...the house is complete, and paid in cash, but the title never materialized. After repeated requests for the title, and repeatedly being ignored, the holder of the title shows up demanding the property be relinquished to her. Terry was convincing when he asked that a loan be taken out on the property to pay off the current title owner and he would make all of the payments to make it right. There was no recourse at this point, only to file a criminal
