I am looking to move in in March. I live in Florida and will be transferring to Texas due to work. I was treated very nice and was toured by Manager Ms. Veronica. She is extremely nice and professional. I will be applying for my new apartment. The property is super nice!

Love the management and office staff. They’re so helpful and supportive. They have worked with me from upgrading my unit and making sure I’m taking care of. I have a newly renovated apartment and it’s nice and spacious with wood floors and new kitchen appliances Ms. Chasity is awesome as well as her office staff. If you’re looking for a place to live I’m gonna say this , not only do I love my apartment. I got off work and stopped at the office to check my mail and they were giving out plates of spaghetti and it was good. That is unique in itself for a leasing office.

I’ve lived here for 3 years now and am renewing for the 4th year. Mayra is my favorite she’s very helpful. Everyone in the office is great. Highly recommended to anyone looking to move in

I’ve been living at Copper Lodge for a while now, and I honestly like it here. The place is pretty clean and feels safe enough. Mayra, the leasing manager, is the best — she’s always so kind, quick to help, and truly cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve needed something, she’s made sure it gets taken care of. Couldn’t ask for a better place or better management!

I had found Cooper Lodge online and i was greeted by Ms. Veronica and she was very professional and was very knowledgeable on what i was looking for and explain to me all fees and I will recommend it to friends . The customers service by Ms. Veronica was very great even thought she tried to get me to lease soon but i am not looking to move in til June.
