Esthetically nice on the outside. We are new to the area, called more than 4 times with no answer or response to voicemail. Very unprofessional for people trying to rent an apartment. Gives the impression that it will be difficult to get any maintenance of any sorts as well of this place is unresponsive. Don't waste your time.

Have lived here for about 10 months so far. Very quiet in the apartment I am in. Brand new apartments and look very nice. There is some settling yet as the building is new so some paint does get cracks in it, but that's no fault of theirs. Animal friendly, and the property manager here is great. I really don't have any complaints at all about this place. Rent for a two bedroom is 850 or 900 with two pets.

Unprofessional management, cigarette smoke in apartment from neighbors. Poor communication, they don't attend to your needs when you call. Ventilation problems in apartment. They will come to your apartment at all hours without calling first.

We cleaned the carpets it's a very nice apartment.
