Copper Beech Harrisonburg Apartments

Copper is a fantastic place to live! The community is well-maintained, welcoming, and genuinely feels like home. Kennedy was especially helpful throughout the entire process. She was professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free. It’s clear she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. Highly recommend both Copper and Kennedy!

This is my second year living at Copper Beech Townhomes, and I can honestly say I love living here. One of the biggest reasons I decided to renew was how responsive and reliable maintenance has been. Any time I’ve put in a maintenance request, it’s been handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a huge difference when you’re living off campus. I also want to shout out the staff, especially Kiera. I had a phone call with her when I had a question about my unit, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful.

I absolutely love living at Copper! The apartments themselves are so nice and spacious, it’s so nice to have a lot of space. On top of that the staff at the clubhouse has been more than helpful with any questions I’ve had. I also love the give aways and events they hold, they are very interactive with the residents! The amenities including the gym are very nice as well. Overall a great place to live!

Amazing environment and plenty of amenities. The study lounge is very quiet and a great place to do school work. They have fun events all the time in the club house. Grocery Bingo is a must, very fun and a great selection of groceries every time. The pool is a very beautiful area, a great place to relax with your friends. The gym has all the equipment that you’d need for a good workout. The tanning bed and hydro massage bed are also really nice. The staff is wonderful and help with any questions you have. From the Leasing Office to the Maintenance guys, they all are wonderful people that are eager to help.

Came in as a guest once to use the gym and was pleasantly surprised. I stopped by the clubhouse before heading home and Caroline was working in the front. She was very helpful with how to go about signing a lease! Definitely keeping copper beach as a top option for next year!
