Copper Beech at Greenville

This is a place where everything that can go wrong will go wrong. I’ve been living here for 3 years due to it being cheap, and I can’t wait to move out. We have mold everywhere, and places where it’s been removed (walls, ceilings) have not been replaced, so there are parts of our apartment where there are missing walls and ceilings. The AC stopped working weeks ago, and it has not been fixed. Most of all, the office staff and the maintenance crew take forever to respond to issues. When my AC broke, an office member said it would take weeks due to everyone experiencing the same problem. Any time there is an issue, it takes months for it be taken care of. It is borderline uninhabitable.

I am currently a resident here and trying to break my lease due to the awful communication, and the non-existent upkeep of the property. You can never get ahold of any workers. I’m sick of getting an automatic response. I’ve been calling and emailing them about a mold problem, and they are not taking it seriously at all!!! The outside have mildew everywhere, the carpets has discoloration. I’m sick of it. Update: maintenance said I never submitted any maintenance request…I guess emailing, calling, and going in person wasn’t enough of a request.

Copperbeach Apartments is hands down the most disgusting, incompetent, and unsafe place I have ever lived. This place should honestly be shut down. I PAID MY RENT IN FULL before move in, so there is absolutely no excuse for what happened next. Despite taking my money, they did not have an apartment ready for me. Because of their incompetence, I went AN ENTIRE WEEK without housing. For a full week I was forced to sleep on someone else’s couch because Copperbeach could not do their job. Instead of offering a hotel or temporary housing like any normal apartment complex would, management literally suggested that I just sleep on other people’s couches until they figured it out. Rent is cheap, units are nice and big, and it's located within walking distance of several restaurants and grocery stores, plus easy access to bus lines. Internet is the fastest I've ever had, so that's a major bonus point. Only reason I gave it four stars is their maintenance response time is very slow . Other than that, cool place to live.

this whole apartment complex needs to be shut down. i just moved in and had to terminate my lease. because there is a cockroaches infestation all in the kitchen, we bomb and did everything to help it and the more we did the more we saw roches. the ceiling in the apartment was gone, the dishwasher had still water and rust in it , washer and dryer was broken. i had no wall in the shower to even wash myself. no funny.
