Cooper's Bluff by Lennar Coastal Carolinas

I purchased a home the end of January and it has been the most horrible experience. The house was not even finished and had I not closed that day Lennar could have taken away my $10,000 credit for closing in January and it wasn’t our fault. I had to get someone out to write an addendum stating the items would be fixed. Well I have lived there for over 2 months now and only a couple items on the list have been fixed. It seems my House is no longer a priority as every time someone shows up they say they have to leave to go work on houses that are scheduled to close. The workers that come out to do repairs have no care or concern for my personal property as I have had paint dripped on numerous items. I have walls that are uneven, base boards that do the wave, can see tape lines throughout the

I have a good friend who bought one of these homes And it has been a nightmare for them. No one wants to do anything Just lots and lots of excuses

New construction homes. Will go fast.
