COOP at Summer Street

I toured CoOp after visiting many apartments in the area and I hands down, without second guessing, knew that this was home! The cherry on top was how amazing, helpful and homie Cynthia and Chris made me feel. They are amazing and knowing they are here is what made me sign the lease on the spot. Moving in tomorrow and can’t wait to stay a while! Highly recommend checking this gem out. The area is unbeatable and the apartments are so luxurious!

The management at the COOP is exceptional. Chris and Cynthia were always professional, friendly, and helpful. Those qualities speak volumes about their dedication and support for the tenants. The property maintenance always took care of anything that needed to be replaced/repaired in an efficient and timely manner. The location is unbeatable! You are close to HEB and Kroger's, restaurants, and the green spaces. This makes life more enjoyable and convenient. The hallways are bright and clean. There's never trash hanging out of the chutes. The property is calm and quiet. It feels like everyone does their part to keep the community clean and quiet. I always felt safe and comfortable living at the COOP.

I have been a resident at Co-Op for 4.5 years now. Chris and Cynthia are very helpful and have made my time here a delight. Management makes or breaks an apartment, and they excel at their jobs! Thanks for making it a great place to live!

This review is long overdue. I stayed here for a little over 2 years. Chris and Cynthia are the heart and soul of this place. Facilities are well maintained and maintenance was always prompt. Chris and Cynthia go above and beyond to meet resident needs as quickly as possible and also put together fun sponsored events for the complex community several times a year. The biggest complaint I had was a time when the fire alarms would go off at night, and issues with payment portal were delayed with the 3rd party vendor but both problems were resolved quickly. I felt supported by the team and have recommended everyone looking for a place to this building. I ended up leaving to go out of state for an opportunity but would definitely recommend.

So let me start off by saying this is my first apartment on my own. That already gave me natural jitters, but Chris and Cynthia have made this entire process feel so stress free. The property itself is gorgeous, and I’m excited to start this new chapter here at COOP Summer Street!
