Cool Creek Manor Apartments

Living at Cool Creek Manor Apartments was fraught with challenges, largely tipping towards the negative. The customer service is disappointing; interactions often felt dismissive with a "deal with it" attitude, overshadowing the friendly front office staff who unfortunately lacked the authority to make meaningful changes due to upper management. The apartments themselves leave much to be desired. Outdated kitchen appliances, inadequate storage, and cheap, quickly worn carpeting. Metal closet doors were bent and noisy, lighting was insufficient with no fixtures in bedrooms. Noise insulation is terrible; expect to hear creaking from your upstairs neighbors walking around and water running in pipes when they run water. 10/21/25 UPDATE: My deck, with my next door neighbor's, was replaced last week. The job (demo and rebuild) was completed in less than two days, with the workmen skilled and good about cleaning up after themselves. I'm here more than 12 years and this has been a typical resolution to maintenance issues I have raised. I notified the Cool Creek team that i had two plumbing issues (neither one an active leak) at about 10:00 am. Dexter, the Maintenance Tech, had both fixed before noon. He was competent and friendly. I'm resident in Cool Creek nearly 10 years and this is the typical response to my few requests for service over the years. Their maintenance is generally preemptive, so calls are minimal. We have lived here since 2023 and love it! I actually called in today and spoke to Kelly about a few things and she was extremely nice and helpful! She made my life so much easier by allowing me to email the documents instead of having to run them out there when I work across town during their business hours. thank you for all of your help Kelly!

Contacted Cool Creek to inquire about an available apartment that was listed and to tour. The woman I spoke with was rude from the start and then laughed at me mockingly at how I was interested in an apartment that is no longer available since it was so low. She continued to speak to me like I was a child. This place is unprofessional and needs better customer service for potential tenants. Im happy I found out early how this place operates. I saved myself 12 years of that.

I placed a maintenance request in the wee hours of the morning and received a phone call at 9am to ensure I was available for them to access my living space. Great service....it was a plumbing issue that wasn't easy....but was repaired in a timely, professional manner. Super nice guy too!!
