We moved into Chase Crossing 4 months ago. Our townhouse was new and we were the first to move in. The townhouse is large enough for us and the area is beautiful. So close to shops and restaurants also. When we need any kind of repairs, they get to them as soon as possible. The technician is very friendly and is quick in fixing any issues, if any. Tonia is just a phone call away and is very friendly and professional! This is a nice place to rent from!!

I have lived at Orchard Reserve for over two years, and I’ve truly enjoyed my time here. The neighborhood feels safe and is generally very quiet, which I really appreciate. One of my favorite things about my apartment is that it’s one story, with a small yard in both the front and back. As a senior, it’s a huge benefit not having to deal with stairs—something that’s hard to find these days. I also love that there’s no one living above me, which makes it even more peaceful. My experience with Cook Residential has been great thus far. The homes are clean and new. Great for my family and myself. I hardly have issues around the building, but the few times that I have, they are almost reaching out immediately. They also do a great job at keeping the residential areas clean! What a pleasant change! We sold our home in Florida and wanted to rent when we moved to Georgia. We had nothing but issues from all the big rental companies from outdated photos, false pricing, misleading descriptions, inaccurate facts about the houses. We had basically decided we wanted a private owner only when we had to move again recently for my job relocation.
