This 1 star review goes to the townhomes, do not rent or buy a house in the townhomes. We get infestations, poor maintenance, leaks in the apartments that go down to the houses underneath you. The landlord never replies, if you are looking to rent do not go for the townhomes. As for the apartments at the end of the street they are a lot better managed… but still you have drama with the entitled people (the staff) and in summer with the pools they try to kick you out saying you don’t pay when you do. Cancelled that real quick and never going to get a membership there again. Would rather go to a public pool that is heated or a regular gym that doesn’t randomly accuse people and threaten to call the cops on you even when you pay. Wouldn’t count on the apartments being well managed at all, and

Since moving in, I can't wait to get home. I love the management big UPS to Norma and Kevin. They work with you . When something is broken they come right away and fix it. The neighbors are friendly and it's a quiet. I have been recommending friends to come check it out, can't wait until the summer ⛱️⛱️

Rules are not enforced. Management manages storage buildings in the neighborhood and allows storage buildings to be used as mechanic shop right behind tenants townhomes. This brings all type of people to the neighborhood and causes traffic. Several tenants have reported this but sad to sat nothing is done.

I have lived here over 4 months now. Amenities are super nice and the appliances are of the latest. Really love the aesthetic in my apartment. I have had to file two maintenance requests, and they were both handled by the next day. Thanks Jamie and Ken, you guys are rock! Also, Noah Whittle is a great office manager. No complaints here! 5/5!

I had such a great experience with Karen and Anyelin. Karen was my initial point of contact and Anyelin sealed the deal! They were kind, informative and listened to my needs. The apartment that I am in now was the last I saw and immediately checked off everything. The maintenance is attentive, the upkeep is well. Ehhh to my neighbors. But overall great experience with this property! Great price for the property also
