Phenomenal place to rent. Have stayed here now for around 2 years; great rates, reasonable increases when they occur. Quiet, friendly community - and the kicker; Excellent Maintenance 👌 I'm not a big review person, but I have to give a shout out here; never had an issue previously, but shower got stuck "on" today somehow, and the Maintenance response time, staff engagement, and above-and-beyond service struck me as something folks should know about. Randy, you rock! 🤘

I’m writing a review because it was so hard for me to find helpful reviews when looking for apartments. My husband and I loved living at Continental Terrace. Favorite things - it was off the main road so there wasn’t any through traffic, but off first avenue it was very close to everything and the view from out balcony was really pretty for being in the city + we’d see deer and other animals walking through sometimes which I loved. Never had any problems with people or management. Least favorite things - utilities seemed a bit high (but I don’t have much experience) we paid almost $200 one month in the middle of the winter, I didn’t like the design of the kitchen in a purely aesthetic way because there were 3 different shades of wood and green counters, but we got a slight discount because

I was a long time resident of Continental who recently relocated to a new city and, sadly, had to say goodbye to my old apartment. In all the years I lived at Continental, the office staff were always kind and responsive to my messages. The maintenance team did a fantastic job of making repairs in a timely manner and with utmost professionalism and respect. The lawns were mowed regularly in the summer and the roads were plowed/de-iced consistently in the winter. I would wholeheartedly recommend Continental Terrace Apartments to anyone who wants a safe, comfortable place to call home.

I really liked living there. Whenever I had a maintenance issue it was resolved immediately. No problems with my neighbors, and the location is just perfect, hidden back there in the woods the way it is. Made you feel like you were in the country almost. My biggest problem with the place is the crazy high electric bill, but that's not really something they control. They didn't clean the hallways, or the laundry rooms all that often, which was disappointing. Overall, I definitely recommend the place. It felt homey the moment I moved in. Left because I wanted to be closer to my child's school, and I wanted central air. Otherwise, I would've stayed until I was able to get a house.

I WAS going to write a great review about my time at Continental Terrace Apartments. That changed this morning with one rude phone call and an extremely entitled attitude from the woman on the other end of the phone. I notified my apartment back in February that I would be moving and my lease started for my new apartment on May 1st. I asked over email if I would be able to stay a few extra days (until May 4th) to get things moved and clean my current apartment. They agreed and told me in writing that I would only need to pay a $90 prorated fee for this extra time. No problem, happy to do it. Well, today (May 1st) rolls around and they initially tried to charge me for the whole month of May. I called to ask them to change it to the $90 agreed upon months ago and was met with a very rude wom
