Worst experience!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was handling a lease assignment as part of a business acquisition, and this company was responsible for coordinating with the landlord. Throughout the entire process, their staff repeatedly failed to answer phone calls or respond to emails. I contacted at least five different individuals via phone and email, and received little to no meaningful response. To this day, I am not even confident that proper communication with the landlord ever took place. The lack of responsiveness, follow-up, and basic understanding of the transaction was shocking and caused unnecessary delays and stress during a critical business process. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially for a company entrusted with lease assignments and landlord communications. It

I was living in the Linden Apartments in Davidson, NC, for the past 5 years. After CRC took over they were very aggressive and hostile when dealing with my roommate and myself. After I moved out they sent me a bill with made up charges, which should have been handled when I was a resident (if they were real). It's clearly just them reacting poorly to dealing with LGBTQ+ residents. My roommate had some social anxiety and attempted to avoid the office when possible, but they never reached out to me about any issues. I called the main CRC office to file a complaint against Trey Watson for his unreasonable behavior, but the company ignored my calls and voicemail. Clearly they know they have a problem there and can't admit knowing about it. I will be contacting an attorney over this "bill" they

This place is horrible. Please do not live here. There were roaches and crickets everywhere and constantly killing insects around the house. Loud noise upstairs and unpleasant living conditions. Only good thing is the great area it is with multiple utility stores. NEVER COME HERE

I live in Stevenson Lane Apartments. I moved into this apartment because of the availability of washer/dryer in the apartment. I won't go through the whole story. I have sent an email and all information can be found in it. To summarize, I have been without a washer for 2 weeks and have to go out and wash my clothes. The office informed me yesterday that a washer has been ordered, though no one can tell me specifically, when it will be delivered. I have to go out and wash clothes today, AGAIN. This is inexcusable. I pay almost $2000 per/month to stay here. I would at least think that that kind of money would not have me going out to wash clothes. So, perhaps, someone in a higher position can provide a definite answer. My lease clearly stated that these apartments provide a washer/dryer for

I lived at one of their apartments in Kenilworth at Charles. I was having issues with my roommate so after speaking to her, we both agreed on having my name removed from the lease on 1/28/25 and her taking full responsibility for it. I submitted the addendum request to the leasing office the very next day informing them that I would be removed from the lease 2/28/25. I didn’t hear back from anyone so I went down to the leasing office and spoke to Margo and Kayla and they informed me that they were working on it. They gave me the paperwork and what we needed to do to start and finish the process. I and my roommate have completed our part of the process but currently (3/7/25) my name has still not been removed from the lease. Every time I call, they keep giving me stories and saying that the
