Living with this resident at 20 at E20E’100 E. Glenolden Ave. was the worst neighbor I ever had. He did nothing but harass me and stalk me police were called. I had to move out of there and sell my condo so I can live as a human being and then Joe started messing with me. This was horrible. I am a senior and I had nothing but two men talk to me out and my son saved me selling my condo and here. I am well alive and not dementia Rosanne England.

The apartment building has really bad rats. I Noticed then about 2 months ago, for traps from office, asked for pest control(never came) caught 4 rats no exaggeration… why is there still mix my unit.. clearly it’s an infestation. I can’t bear to even walk around in my pace. & I cannot get a hold of the office to do anything about this so hopefully someone helps me here. Outside of rats, complex is quite and people are friendly.

I love the apartments. We lived there 2 xs. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because I now need a 1 bedroom instead of a 2 bedroom and they won't except section 8 anymore. They won't even make an exception knowing I've rented 2 apartments in the past and left with a good name. Shame I would have loved to go back especially since my mom passing cause neighbors there are friendly and I wouldn't feel as alone there without her.

Nice place, but nothing special. Units are dated in terms of layout and fixtures, but they're not bad considering their cost. Plenty of parking is a plus.

I went to visit a friend not much to say about the complex. It was pretty much quiet while I was there
