I lived at hunters Crossing for nearly 4 years. When I originally moved in, Melissa was the Manager and she was amazing. The property was clean and safe and any issues were resolved with kindness and respect. After they pulled her away and had new management come in the property has gone downhill. Anytime there was an issue with Kristie, her response was if you don’t like it I’m happy to get you out of your lease. When I ended my lease to move to New York, I made sure I had everything in order and asked lots of questions about the move out process. I was told multiple times by multiple people because of the length I have been in the apartment I would not have to clean the carpets because they would be replacing them. By far the place to live! Management and maintenance are quick to respond and get things done quickly. The homes are beautiful, private and so quiet. The clubhouse, gym and pool are well maintained and have a lot of amenities available to the residents. I love living here and have renewed my lease for another year!

Coventry Apt’s Jacksonville Florida. A/C went out Friday evening and a tech came out quickly even though it was raining and although it couldn’t be fixed brought a portable A/C and we at least had that until today Monday. Called early and they sent over the maintenance person Lazaro and he fixed the issue very quickly , he also fixed an issue with our bathroom lights. He was friendly, fast and efficient. Extremely pleased how we were taken care of by Lazaro.

I truly wish that I could leave this management company a zero star review. I am currently living at Spyglass Apartments and have been living here since June 2021. I recently transferred from one of their 1x1s to a 2x2 this past August. I will start out by saying that the team at Spyglass has always been very kind and willing to help. However, I have run into nothing but issues and poor management since my transfer. Nearly 30 days after moving out of my 1x1, I received a bill from CMC for over $900 in damage charges. They charged me for a couch and chair replacement, carpet replacement, pet treatment, and cleaning. I fully accepted the charge for the couch and chair as I do have cats and I was also willing to pay for the carpet replacement despite the fact that it probably could have just

I usually don't leave reviews, but this is for a good cause; I don't want others to end up in the same situation as me. In September 2018, my husband and I moved out one month before our lease was up from our Apartment at Waterford Mandarin. Our lease was officially up in November 2019, so we paid the early move-out assignment fee and were told that as long as our apartment was rented before or at the beginning of October, we would not be responsible for paying the remainder of our lease out. We moved out on September 30th, but before we moved out, we noticed that our apartment was no longer available on the company website for rent, so we called to confirm and, sure enough, were told our apartment was no longer on the market because it had been rented.
