They do not have none of the amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, are a nice playground for the kids. But they steady going up on rent. They're steady having inspections on apartments that are in good condition. We've had an inspection every month since March.. It's just the fact that the kids and families that live there have no amenities that they are looking for

Ms. Sandi in the front office was very welcoming and sweet. She helped us with everything and answered all of our questions with no hesitation, super helpful when it came to looking for an apartment.

I would never stay here again even if I got paid the pool has never been open people complain about the kids playing outside and the amount of bird poop and bird is disgusting there is poop everywhere and there is a lot of "gang" meber little kids and there always starting problems and the hallways smell like straight weed it's extremely gettoh for everyone reading DO NOT SAY HERE

The girls Sandy and Monique are wonderful people they helped me with everything very hard works.!!! 10/10

Terrible management. Zero amenities listed. Employee turnover is crazy, always new people so nobody knows what is going on or work orders often get ignored.
