Lynn was a true Rock Star! We (my client and I) called Lynn (and a few others that didn’t answer) before traveling to Myrtle Beach from Colorado. We had a great conversation with Lynn and knew she was the one! Right away she started sending my client homes! My client also very internet savvy sent Lynn things she had found as well. Great company to work with. Chance and Lynn did a magnificent job of guiding us through the process of buying a house down in the Pawley's Island, MB area. They are a small family outfit that is an all for one company with realtor ability and renovations skills. They don't pressure you but they help guide you then they help to keep you on top of the house for the timing of the purchase at the best price. Chance does a great job of negotiating and getting the cost to your price target point and communicates with you through the whole process.
