Conroe Senior Village

As of 2/10/26, it will be exactly one month since I moved out of Conroe Senior Village. Today, I stopped by to visit a former neighbor and decided to ask the front office about my security deposit. I was told there would be an $80 fee for carpet shampooing, a $30 fee for “thumb tack holes” in the walls (which is baffling, since I did not hang anything on the walls), plus another charge for an equally questionable reason. I left that apartment IMMACULATE—and I have photos to prove it. To say I’m annoyed is an understatement, though I can’t say I’m surprised. I had a strong feeling my deposit would be reduced for some bogus reason. Isn’t it standard practice for management to handle normal wear-and-tear repairs after a resident moves out, such as minor wall touch-ups, routine carpet cleanin

I just signed my lease on 02-06-2026 The process went very well even before I Signed my lease days before the manager Eliza always answered Very promptly any questions I had. I would strongly recommend this place. She manages very well. The apartments are kept up and clean. The property is very organized I was very impressed

My elderly mother resides here, and I must say, the Manager is exceptional; she is among the best I have encountered! She engages with the residents with a sincere heart, truly listens to their concerns, and addresses all their needs. She exemplifies true leadership to her staff! I have no intention of relocating my mother from this place! I have previously moved my mother to various senior living facilities, and this one is by far the best.

The property manager Elisa made all the difference in the world! Apartments are apartments at the end of the day but if the management sucks then your stay can be miserable and she is incredible. We love our beautiful new apartment

My 84 year old mother had her apartment flooded and although the maintenance guy made repairs and dried out the bedroom-mold is now being found. There was water dripping off the window blinds and the bed mattress was completely soaked along with carpet.The management is very difficult to deal with and has been since she moved in. I am now attempting to contact local EPA officials to inspect the apartment as I do not believe that the correct water removal work was performed properly. Update- the management has reached out to my mother and addressed all her concerns and is actively helping her with her needs. She really loves her apartment and we now believe that the management has her best interest in mind.
