Conners Senior Village I & II

Great property. Sometimes you have to pick through bad apples to get to the ripe one. Currently, the staff are doing a superb job on maintaining the property and up keep. It's a few people out here who try to scare people away..Seniors doing the upmost like planting trash on property, stomping to disturb others, tampering with cars, dropping lit cigarettes on dry leaves, peeping through windows, etc. because they are the true problems but that can be any neighborhood when they can't get their way. Respect is honored when you show some.

Been here two years and they've gone up 200.00 dollars. Going up 200.00 more in Sept. Well this me still here going on 4 years. If I could find something else I would leave. It's been leaking in my bathroom for a week from upstairs air conditioner. Was told the last of many maintenance worker quit. No calls back but once. No one to correct the problem. Started out at 640.00 ... Am now paying 1042.00 in 3.5 years. It's me again.... Just passed 4 years and can't take it anymore. They can't keep managers or maintenance so you know what that does to the tenants. Moving out. I tried.

In the 4 yrs I’ve lived in section II, my rent has gone up 59%. It is no longer affordable & the property has taken a plunge in maintenance, grounds & upkeep. I DO NOT recommend this place. The property manager hides behind a closed door in a blacked out office to keep from dealing with clients. The maintenance man is sloppy in his repairs & makes up excuses for shoddy work. Beware & talk with residents before you make a decision to live here.

NoPeace ,comfort &disturbance ,awful,awful,awful,no peace,integrity ,nor intelligence,no decency ,no respect ,in lower phase two bottom ridiculously .tenants behavior consistently& greatly overlooked.shameful for such a beautiful enviorment

After Mom died in January 6th and she was to sick . After Christmas and holiday then new year's . Mon was just to sick to get to bank. I was told I had one week to get all her stuff out . I said well what about her deposit. O well we are keeping that. Then I said well we will have it out by end of month. And kept her microwave. Lol. Very rude to me after Mom Died in apartment number 77
