Extremely Unprofessional Experience and Poor Management I’ve been a resident in my one-bedroom apartment at Willoughby Park for nearly two years (since April) and have been trying to transfer to a larger unit because I have children. Despite never being evicted and only occasionally being a few days late with rent because of how I’m paid, I’ve noticed that my requests are consistently ignored. Let’s start with maintenance. Im not sure if they are failing to communicate properly but my dishwasher hasn’t worked for months and because I don’t “use” it I’m assuming is why Maintance never came back and I shouldn’t have to put in a request if Maintance was aware, I even mentioned pest cleaning and I often see notes posted about pest control visits, yet no one ever actually shows up. I lived at Willoughby Park for a year in a one bedroom apartment and enjoyed living there. It was very spacious and the rent was lower than a majority of the other places I looked at. Overall a good experience and I will miss my apartment there!

My landlord just went to this property management company. I paid rent today and simultaneously had an AC problem. The same day I put my request in Charles the maintenance man fixed it. The treasury lady helped me pay my rent without a 53$ fee. So far it’s working well.

The objective of this review is to present information to prospective applicants from direct experience with Connelly Properties in Greenville, North Carolina between August 2019 and May 2021. Issues that transpired at this residency include, but are not limited to: unethical management, incompetency, negligence, lax communication, inefficient maintenance, and improper business practices. Upon our selection of this rental, it was stated by the proprietor we were unable to visit the property prior to signing the lease regardless of moving 785 miles across states. Upon arriving we were welcomed with a contaminated living space. I’ve been with Connelly property over A year now if something is broken or need to be fix they are own it were I live at it is very quiet out here an the staff are wounderful
