As a native Houstonian, I have sold several big homes ($1 Million Plus) in Houston and always worked with a couple of old timers who were considered the best in the business. They did a great job back in the day, but for selling my Memorial Townhome, after extensive research, I selected Connected Realty to represent my listing due to their modern, yet still personal approach. Bottom line, it paid off in spades!! They not only got it sold in a hurry, but they got me top value and were incredibly easy to work with. These guys rock!

We stumbled upon Joshua Hoppe on accident when the listing agent on a house we wanted to see was out of town. From the first time that we met Josh, we noticed how well he listened to what we did and didn’t like about the house (even taking notes) and he was completely honest with us on his feedback about it.
