Congress Park Apartments

I received a response from PK management which included a number to contact someone. I did contact management at the Congress Park Commons facility/apartment complex last Wednesday which would’ve been February 26 of 2020 and asked if possibly maintenance can come by and break up the ice or throw salt on it. I had no response. So it did warm up in Denver however the ice is still there. We got snow again last night. And being it’s the month of March we should be getting more. I guess I don’t understand why upper management in Ohio does not contact the manager here in Denver and order that it be fixed. According to residents they would be willing to park their cars elsewhere for an hour or two so that it can be cleaned up. However I don’t believe that is necessary all it’s going to take is a

This is a safe and quiet building. Have experienced only positive results when a problem arises, which has been only a couple issues. I'm very thankful.
