TENANTS BE AWARE about the small letters of the Renewal Notice!!! Hidden fees. This is a trick to make us sign the notice without putting too much effort to read it due to the discomfort of reading the small letters. PLEASE read everything you receive from this company. Why tenants have to pay for gas, water, sewer, amenities, trash if this is not a house? It is understood if I am renting a house but it is just a simple apartment complex with mice and roaches. All this renovation on this place was to ripped up our wallets. They want to charge for using the pool but people from outside the complex come in and use It without permission, there is not supervision or security in this place. I have been here for 3 years and now that I have to renew my lease with the new owner and got the new yea

For only $1,300+ a month (not a single utility included), you can share your apartment building with squatters, drug addicts, roaches, and mice. All apartments are completely unlocked, some with a broken door, so it's open for anyone to come by; which also means your packages are likely to be stolen. God forbid you need anything fixed. Waiting time might be days, weeks, or a couple months. I was stuck with a mouse infested oven for well over a month. Or, when I had water pooling out from under the bathroom sink anytime you tried to shower, it took 3 days for it to get fixed. Tenants leave garbage bags outside their door for hours or days at a time. Many don't check the mail so there's constantly an ever-growing pile of paper on the floor. Trash and food is littered in the hallways constant

This place is horrible even more now that the new owners took over! They started Charging us for water, gas, trash Removal, amenities, and so on smh. And we still are getting mice here and nothing is done about it, oh how I can’t wait to get out of here when my lease is up. Can’t stand how the Trash area is so dirty then they don’t have anyone cleaning up in front of the building when all the trash flies around here so when people come see me there like what’s going on here! Smh horrible! Then they tell us we can’t use our grills anymore! Wack as hell! I don’t want to grill by the pool! I don’t even go there! They need to do better.

I’ve been living here for the past 4 years and I must say the new property management is doing a fantastic job cleaning up the mess that the previous management company left. I’ve seen many improvements and the office staff is so nice and truly cares about their tenants. With a brand new maintenance team that is attentive and thorough, I truly believe congress is on its way to an ultimate come back with a vengeance!

This place is not exactly the Four Seasons, but I have seen far, far worse than these places. Yes, there's trash everywhere, yes there's racing hoopties all over the place, yes people smoke weed outside, but it's Allentown, did y'all seriously expect "High End" in Allentown?? If you did, please kindly get that notion OUT OF YOUR HEAD. Management can't control every single tenant, they can tell them not to do these things, or they violate the lease, but some people don't listen because some people, they're ignorant. Again, welcome to Allentown... Management has been nothing but nice to me, and they always greet me with a smile. Now, I have been waiting for a window to get fixed that's been cracked since I moved in, but am I gonna go slandering the place because one window isn't fixed? no.
