Prompt response time, thorough work, professional attitude, clear communication, attention to detail, being on time, leaving the area clean, and going above and beyond to address issues every time. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Tom went above and beyond to help me resolve issues on multiple occasion. The entire Luna park team is AMAZING !!!! Feels like eastern europe , very little non whites , feels like paradise .

I live in building #4. I’ve been living here for almost 4 years. The elevators are always out of service. In the summer, the lobby gets really humid and they can’t even install an air conditioner. This is not the projects so I don’t understand why it always smells like marijuana.

Hell on earth noise from construction maintenance workers from building three noisy neighbors it’s a horrible place to live they start as early as 9 am finish 4 and people blowing grass and noisy neighbor guys don’t move here very noisy place need headphones

Very racial. I dont see them giving no black people apartments only Russians and it’s unfair
