Condominiums at Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Sunset Walk

I had a fantastic stay at Embassy Suites Sunset Walk. Corner suite #2504 was spacious and beautifully appointed, with comfortable beds and a large shower and tub. Breakfast was great, especially the fresh omelettes, and I enjoyed a free cocktail at happy hour. The friendly staff made the experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again. Conveniently located near restaurants, movie theaters, and Target, just a 2-minute drive away.

Beautiful Suite that was perfect for 6 adults & 2 kids. Good options for our free breakfast. Housekeeping though, has to do much better with cleaning the room!

100% 5 star experience. The accommodations were perfect for our family. Convenient location to the parks, shopping, and restaurants. The Continental breakfast had so much to offer and was great to prepare for a long day at the parks. We just made the mistake of using a third party booking site that messed up our check out day, but the manager Daine came through for us and saved our vacation!

It has been a while since I have been able to post a 5 star review for a hotel but wow! The rooms were clean, the decor was so nice and modern unlike a lot of the other embassy suites that usuay have carpet and are outdated. The service was great all the workers went above and beyond to help us, greet us, make our stay easy. There is made to order breakfast and evening snacks given. The pool was nice and had delicious frozen drinks and a nice splash area and slide for young kids. The pool food was good and the price was reasonable. We will definitely be coming back again.

Where do I start…. Let’s begin with check in, front desk agents are great. They are trying their best to make sure guests are happy given all the rules they were told. If you’re a Hilton honors member forget about your benefits. They don’t exist here even though I reached out to Hilton itself and was told they were. Now to the big issue! They close their pool at 5pm… yes you read correctly 5pm! I’m sorry but we are in Florida in the middle of summer. Who closes a pool of a resort at 5pm in Florida when sundown is 8:30pm?! Not even apartment buildings close at 5pm. When you go speak with the manager all he says “they’re not my rules that’s what I’m told to do” Yet they want you to spend money on their condos and buy when they can’t even get their hotel running properly.
