I chose this apartment because it’s 800 ft.² while some others were 450 ft.². And it has a bathtub. Every time I put in a maintenance request, Mark responds immediately and fixes whatever ineeds to be fixed. I’m about to stay here for my 3rd year. Concord Property Management used AppFolio for online rent payment and maintenance requests; but I can also call Mark directly. The property is always clean and never has garbage scattered around.

I live in Adams Street near Downtown Hollywood, the location it’s great, when I moved in the floor and air conditioners were new and I love it, if I move to any other area in Fort Lauderdale or Hollywood I’ll be renting with them again!

Renting from Concord was great. Communication was clear and timely, maintenance issues were handled promptly, and everything was managed professionally from start to finish. Rent and expectations were always straightforward, and there were no surprises. I’d absolutely rent from them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

I give Concord five stars. I have rented with them for over ten years and no complaints. The office staff are always professional and very helpful. Steven the Property Manager is the best, he is a very understanding and patient. The Maintenance employees are wonderful if and when I make a Maintenance request they are always here in a timely matter and they know what they are doing. Nothing is done in a half ass way. Again all are friendly and professional. I have a lovely apartment and have stayed here for so long because it scares me to think about dealing with scum landlords. Concord is nothing but the best and I highly recommend this Company. Remember we are renters not owners treat others how you want to be treated and life will be better. I have been living in my apartment for about four years. My experience with Concord property management has really only been positive. They keep the grounds very clean. If you have any type of maintenance issue in your apartment, they contact you immediately for service and follow through until the issue is handled. The grounds crew maintenance guys are very professional, well dressed and pleasant. They also do pest control services on a bi monthly basis they’re in and out in seconds they even will not come into your home when it rains on those scheduled service days which I find very respectful to the tenant. Also when I reported to them, I was seeing more roaches in my home than normal at one time, they came and did an extra visit with no problem and told me that if I ever have more iss
