THELMA!!!! That sums it up for me! She closed over 9 homes at once for me in December on REO properties that was a complete nightmare with the buyer's lender. She stepped up when the lender's wouldn't even respond to their own client and took the reins to make sure the client was able to close before 2025 ended. She came in early mornings & stayed late nights, just to make sure everything was handled. She's professional, proactive, considerate, and pays attention to detail.
