We’re very happy with our concept home! We’ve been in the home just over a year and haven’t had any issues so far. During the build process, Darby was on top of everything and kept the ball rolling to make sure we got a quality home done quickly. Robert was great to deal with from start to finish. Concept Builders are the top-notch builder you can always count on. In fact, I just sold a home that was built 10 years ago and the builder was Concept. For a year we looked at every builder is the area that would build where we are located. We decided to go with Concept Builders and we couldn't have made a better choice. From the beginning our salesman Gerald Dorsey was helpful, nice and helped us choose the perfect dream home and customize it to fit our needs. Once building started our Superintendent Darby Thomas did a fabulous job throughout the process and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Everything is top notch and the quality is impeccable. They went through everything with a fine tooth comb and it shows. Cheaped out on water lines to outside faucets! 1/2” lines to feed 5/8” hose with borderline water pressure in subdivision. Lines don’t furnish decent water volume to operate sprinklers. Sure can’t use 2 sprinklers at once. Spot sprinkler squirts 3’ high here, squirted 10’ high at previous home. Tapped into and installed faucet on 1 inch sprinkler system feed line and hose sprinklers work great on same water pressure. THIS PROVES SUPPLY LINES TO FAUCETS ARE INADEQUATE! Brick and stone masons C B used did sloppy work, smeared mortar on bricks and stone work and didn’t wipe clean. Patio , sidewalks and drive cement finish work is second rate. Never used edging tool either. Extra charge for lot prep. Did not clean and grade back 15’ of lot. Left big rocks sub surface and some showing in lawn a

Just started the home build process from another state and it has been extremely pleasant and super educational and informational. Learning a lot in the process and feeling super confident in their team building my home.
