Amazing architecture built right here in Reston. One of the best buildings with great companies in it. Perfectly designed and built that gives a really good accent to the town. There are a few really good restaurants on the first floors.

This is a review of Comstock multi-family property in Ashburn, VA BLVD Gramercy. I’ve been here 2 months now, made numerous requests from day 2 regarding the smell of weed throughout the property and inside my own home due to other tenants violating their lease. I’ve been told “oh we cannot do anything” which is unacceptable answer from a landlord when they are failing to provide a safe, healthy, livable environment to a paying tenant. I’ve left multiple voicemails, emails with no follow up from the leasing office. I’ve spoken in person and this seems to be the only time I receive a verbal response.

I have rented from Comstock at two of their locations in Northern Virginia. The most recent experience at the Blvd has been horrible. The building is less than 5 years old but poor construction has resulted in frequent issues with water supply, plumbing and HVAC. There was significant water damage to numerous units. The communication was slow, repairs were not completed timely and there was little concern for the residents even though the company was at fault. I do not recommend renting an apartment developed and managed by Comstock.

I recently moved into a Comstock-run apartment and have been happily surprised by the building’s quality and service. Not only are the facilities state of the art, the staff are very attentive and seem genuinely happy to work here. It’s the little things that go a long way and Comstock has nailed it!

The leasing office provides excellent personal care. Particularly Ms. Trish Allen, Mr. Wasiq Saeed and Ms. Genta Prebreza have assisted me themselves above and beyond after moving into the building. In some instances staying after their day is over to help me.
