Comstock Apartments

I applied online. They called be back and told me to come in to apply. They took my application and a $200 cashiers check to hold the apartment. Then didn't even submit my application a stole my $200. Straight ghosted me! Don't waste your time.

Absolutely horrible. Tamarack Property Management is SO BAD. I moved out 2 years ago and I am still dealing with them. I got a collection bill sent to me over a year after I moved out for "late rent" (I did all the proper paperwork and got approved to move out). I got charge late fees for the entire year I had not lived there. They never tried to contact me, not even one time. But they had my new address to send the collection bill, but couldn't reach out before that. Two years later, I find out that they said I got EVICTED (which I 10000% did NOT). I am still fighting this with the credit bureau. I got rejected from other apartments because of the "eviction". Luckily Alliance Property Management knew of them (they used to own Comstock Apartments a few years ago) and what they have done to

Don't rent here or try to Tried touring the apartments twice or was told go to the leasing office 1 time stood up 3 times no one called me or sent me a text my time is very important to me I don't like my time being wasted

Very unprofessional. Calls are unanswered, voice mail stays full. Email not responded to. I'm surprised this company allows such bad service. I called and an elder lady answers yells at me saying she has Covid then hangs up. I can see why people are leaving
