Compu-Link is horrible. They should not be a contractor for HUD or in business period. I’ve been in my home for 37 years and have always paid my home insurance and taxes and always will. They were not the original service provider for my reverse mortgage. Only since this company began servicing my account has there been a problem. They sent a letter before Christmas threatening to foreclose for not having insurance which was not true. It upset my entire family and I had to contact HUD and provide proof of insurance. Now I’ve received letters stating that I have not paid my property taxes which is not true. This company is looking for reasons to take my home. I know the conditions of my mortgage and will always abide by them. I’ve complained to HUD and have considered a class action lawsu

This place should go under and I'm reporting it to the Better Business Bureau. HOW DARE YOU SEND A LETTER STATING THAT MY MOM DID NOT HAVE HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE. AND THAT WE WOULD HAVE THREE WEEKS TO BE OUT OR WOULD BE EVICTED FROM OUR FIRST MORTGAGE. Luckily we were able to get ahold of her insurance and they got the declaration of faxed over. How about asking that first before nearly giving my aging mother a heart attack or a stroke. My lawyer would have had a field day with your business and there would be no business and you all will be out of work. Shame on you for not doing your job correctly

Im starting to believe ever one comments about this company. I've been calling them since last year December 2025 still no one have return my calls and its 2026 Every time you call the FHA number they respond. Its sad that FHA dont understand why Compu-link not calling either. Can anyone tell me if there are others number that I can get in touch with. This is extremely important. Maybe I need to get in touch with news or a lawyer. This is ridiculous

Negative ZERO stars this company takes advantage of seniors in need of money. Once in a reverse mortgage they raise the interest rate so the senior can NEVER repay the money. You borrow 60,000 they want you to pay 200,000. Horrible company, horrible people. Never do business with them.

Tried and tried to get through to this company. I have sent them proof of payment for property taxes. I cannot get anyone on the telephone.
