Absolutely love Compass Vacation Rentals! Their staff is fabulous, super friendly and very accommodating. We decided to work with Compass Vacation Rentals to have them rent our unit for us and it could not have worked out better! From day one we've had their guidance and help along the way. They worked with us to recommend improvements we could make to our unit and then were hard at work booking guests. We have recently returned from our February Florida vacation having stayed at the same Compass condo for the 3rd consecutive year. We could not be happier with the accommodations and with Compass Realty. Every year the unit is spotless and has been upgraded in some way. Compass has responded quickly to just 2 minor issues which Ray resolved in a very timely manner. The location is particularly attractive to us as we frequently bike ride & can just leave the unit and go in multiple directions without packing up the car.
