They were selling a house across the street from where I live, and told one of my roommates that we are not to park any of our cars in their driveway (none of us ever did that to begin with). Then proceeded to only park on our yard, so no one who lives at my house had a parking spot. Basically they are adults who try to strong arm college kids

I was about to use their services, until a lady asked me to leave their very important parking spaces (was half empty) , I turned back, in view of the lack of the very basics.
