I have been renting a home in Palm Coast with Compass Property Management for five years now. They have always been easy to work with and great about handling issues in a timely manner. Tara in the Jacksonville office provides excellent support when needed. I would without hesitation recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonably priced rental in the area.

Compass property of Jacksonville Florida is the best .They ordered me a new stove and they installed it themself on a holiday which is today. That just doesn't happen. Also they painted the outside of my wall by the entrance to my apartment and it looks great. Anytime you need anything from Compass property they're there for you. Especially Tara. She would do whatever it takes to keep her tenants happy. I'm extremely happy here.♥️♥️♥️

They are terrible. Took my deposit and I left the home top tier . I was harassed over more money after I paid for cleaning services and I did not leave anything . Do not rent run from them . You will regret it like me . They make up fee. Never had any updates or fixed abut a SCAM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT AL.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! If zero stars was an option I would have given this company a zero. Our property manager was Samantha. We also dealt with Tara, the broker. Our needs as renters were never met. All this company will do is rip you off and treat you as if you don’t matter. If you don’t care about your security deposit fraudulently being taken from you and this company siding with the homeowner refusing to give your money back then by all means rent at your own risk. This company, the employees, and their policies are all highly questionable. We bathed in our own filth for over 6 months because of the lack of response we got to our multiple maintenance requests to have the shower fixed.
